Our candidates undergo comprehensive vetting, including DBS checks, verified references, identity checks and relevant first-aid certification. Where a DBS check is required, we can arrange this on the candidate’s behalf and keep all parties updated throughout the process. Every candidate is interviewed in depth, allowing us to gain a genuine understanding of their experience, approach and suitability for the role.
