Mayfair Nannies is seeking an experienced, professional and energetic daily nanny for a private family based in the Hyde Park area of London. The family has three young children, including a baby, with the older children attending school and nursery.

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and proactive nanny who genuinely enjoys working with children and takes pride in supporting their development. The ideal candidate will be creative, engaging and confident organising stimulating activities, encouraging early reading and writing skills, and making learning fun. This is a busy, active household, and the successful candidate must enjoy getting outdoors, planning activities and keeping children entertained and engaged.

The nanny will work alongside existing childcare support, sharing responsibilities and ensuring the children's daily routines run smoothly. Monday–Friday | Approximately 10–12 hours per day (ideally 7am–7pm, to be confirmed)

Responsibilities

• Providing attentive, nurturing care for the children
• Monday–Friday | Approximately 10–12 hours per day (ideally 7am–7pm, to be confirmed)
• Planning age-appropriate educational and creative activities
• Supporting early literacy, learning and developmental milestones
• Organising outings, playdates and outdoor activities
• Assisting with school and nursery routines
• Preparing healthy meals for the children
• Children's laundry, organisation and child-related housekeeping
• Working collaboratively with the family's existing nanny

Candidate Requirements

• Formal childcare qualifications and/or extensive professional nanny experience
• Excellent, verifiable references
• Previous experience caring for multiple children of different ages
• A confident understanding of early childhood development
• Energetic, creative, reliable and highly organised
• A flexible, positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS and Paediatric First Aid
• Spanish language skills would be an advantage but are not essential.
