A warm private family are seeking a highly experienced, professional and nurturing nanny to care for their one-year-old daughter within a fully staffed household environment.

This is a long-term position suited to a confident and engaging nanny with strong experience in infant and toddler care, who is passionate about supporting early developmental milestones including mobility, early speech, sensory development, emotional security and confident exploration.

The family are looking for someone calm, highly adaptable and discreet, with the ability to seamlessly integrate into a multicultural household team while maintaining a warm and attentive presence with the child.

This is a very hands-on role requiring consistency, emotional intelligence and a proactive approach to creating structured yet stimulating daily routines.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing full daily care and supervision
• Supporting all early developmental milestones through age-appropriate play and engagement
• Encouraging speech development, mobility and coordination
• Creating calm, structured and stimulating daily routines
• Supporting sleep schedules, feeding routines and overall wellbeing
• Carefully managing dietary requirements due to allergies, in coordination with parents
• Organising the child’s environment, belongings and daily essentials
• Planning developmental play and learning activities
• Travelling internationally with the family when required
• Working closely and respectfully with other household staff
• Maintaining discretion, professionalism and flexibility at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience caring for infants/toddlers within private households
• Strong understanding of early childhood development (0–2 years focus essential)
• Calm, patient and highly nurturing personality
• Energetic, proactive and confident in baby-led routines
• Experience working within fully staffed households preferred
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Able to work collaboratively within a multicultural team environment
• Fluent English preferred (additional languages advantageous)
• Excellent references and enhanced background checks required
• Flexible and comfortable with international travel
• Seeking a long-term private household role
