Rota Maternity Nanny – Kensington (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off)

Job Specification: 

We are seeking a warm, active, and flexible Rota Maternity Nanny to join a family with twin girls who are currently 9 weeks old. The role is on a 2-weeks on / 2-weeks off rota basis, working alongside a hands-on and experienced maternity nurse already in place.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Energetic, easy-going, and adaptable

• Experienced with twins and confident caring for young babies

• Comfortable following mum’s lead and supporting her routine and parenting style

• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

• Open to travel, as some may be required

• Ideally has previous rota nanny experience

Duties include:

• Full care of the babies during your rota weeks

• Supporting feeding, sleep, and development routines

• Light nursery duties related to the children

• Maintaining a calm, warm, and nurturing environment

Interview Process:

• Telephone interview with the family

• Trial shift with the existing nanny

• Successful candidate to begin 18th April
