Job Specification
A highly experienced Rota Nanny is required for a 4-year-old girl based in Dubai. The role operates on a month-on, month-off schedule and requires a fluent Russian speaker. The nanny will be responsible for providing high-quality care, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment, and supporting the child’s development through age-appropriate activities.
The family travels frequently, and the nanny will be expected to accompany them, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for the child. This position involves working within a fully staffed household, so strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care for the child, ensuring her well-being and safety at all times.
- Establish and maintain a structured daily routine that supports the child's physical, emotional, and educational development.
- Organise engaging, age-appropriate activities to encourage learning and creativity.
- Support healthy sleep hygiene and emotional well-being.
- Communicate regularly with parents, providing updates on the child's progress and activities.
- Work collaboratively with household staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Accompany the child on international travels, adapting to different environments as required.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a nanny in a private household.
- Fluent in Russian, with good English proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of child development and experience creating structured, stimulating environments.
- EU passport holder, with the flexibility to travel internationally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- First aid certification preferred.
- Kind, nurturing, and patient disposition with a focus on education and emotional development.
