We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nanny to join our client’s family, initially based in West London with a planned relocation to Milan in 2025. This full-time, rotational position involves caring for two children, ages 2 and 3, with a new baby expected in 2025. The nanny will provide comprehensive childcare, ensuring the children’s safety, health, and well-being, as well as foster their development through age-appropriate, engaging activities. Travel assistance is required, as the nanny will accompany the family on trips within the UK, Italy, and internationally. Additional responsibilities include light child-related tasks, maintaining children’s areas, and coordinating with other household staff as needed.
The schedule follows a 2-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off rotational format, working 24/7 while on duty, with the children sleeping through the night. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a nanny in a private household with young children, be fluent in English (Italian language skills are a plus), and hold an EU passport to facilitate the move to Milan.
We are looking for someone warm, patient, energetic, and adaptable to a dynamic family environment. Compensation is £750–£1000 net per week, with taxes paid in Italy.
