Job Description:
A warm and professional family in Riyadh is seeking a dedicated and experienced nanny to care for their 2.5-year-old child. The child has only ever had one nanny, who is now retiring, so ensuring a smooth and nurturing transition is essential.
This is a fully staffed household, with other nannies covering night shifts. The focus of this role will be daytime care, engagement, and development. The position also involves regular travel with the family, requiring flexibility and adaptability. The nanny will work on a rotational schedule of 2 months on, 2 months off, providing an excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, loving, and structured care for the child.
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities to support emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, dressing, and hygiene.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and educational environment for the child.
- Work collaboratively with household staff to ensure seamless childcare arrangements.
- Accompany the family on regular international and domestic travel, ensuring the child’s routine and well-being are maintained.
- Keep parents informed about the child’s progress, routines, and any concerns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a nanny, ideally in a high-profile or fully staffed household.
- Strong understanding of toddler development and age-appropriate learning.
- Warm, patient, and professional demeanour.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Fluent in English.
- Flexibility to travel regularly with the family.
- Fully vaccinated and in excellent health.
