Live-in Rota Nanny – London / Milan & International Travel

Salary: £75,000 gross per annum + discretionary bonus

A distinguished, well-established family is seeking an exceptional and highly experienced Rota Nanny to provide dedicated, around-the-clock care for their newborn. This is a rare and highly attractive opportunity offering long-term stability, a refined working environment, and regular international travel.

The role will be split primarily between London and Milan, with additional travel to other international destinations throughout the year. The family places great importance on continuity and long-term relationships; their current nanny caring for the older sibling was successfully placed and remains a valued, long-standing member of the household—reflecting the family’s commitment to building trusted, professional partnerships.

The Opportunity

This is a premium position suited to a calm, confident, and discreet nanny with excellent newborn expertise. You will work within a well-structured, supportive household alongside an established team, where professionalism is respected and high standards are upheld.

During your rota, you will be fully responsible for the newborn’s care on a 24/7 basis, including room-sharing, ensuring consistency, routine, and attentive care at all times. The role offers the opportunity to live and work between two major European cities while also enjoying varied international travel in a stable, well-organised setting.

Key Offer Details
