We register only the best Maternity Nurses, Nannies, Governesses, Chaperones, Tutors & Mentors. All candidates must have at least 3 years full time experience (most have a lot more!), checkable references, paediatric 1st aid and a recent police check (DBS in the UK). We personally interview and verify identification. Our consultants have worked placing nannies and other Private Household Staff with families collectivly for over 15 years. Due to our approachability, our candidates are well known to us, having we worked with us for many years, and they continue to come back to us time and time again.

Qualifications

Qualified, Experienced or both?

There are many things to consider when choosing your perfect nanny. For some families, experience is most important when making their decision, and for others, a childcare qualification is a must. Qualifications in the UK may include CACHE Level 3 obtained at a college, or NVQ's which are generally awarded whilst working in a Nursery or childcare setting. There are also prestigious colleges and universities that nannies may attend such as Norland, Chiltern and the Princess Christian College.
